Hi guys !!!!! I promise you I'm not dead........ yet, I have just been going through a lot lately with school, family, and whatnot . Only thing is I don't have a very good way of dealing with stress , I first a pace a lot , then I start voicing my freakout thoughts and carrying on an argument with myself (btw I'm still pacing), then I start hyperventilating , lastly my whole body shakes and I speak in an eerily calm voice.
